Pasture Raised Chicken

We raise our chickens out on pasture in “chicken tractors.” Chicken tractors not only allow the chickens to have access to fresh grass and bugs daily, but also help to protect against predators. They also have the added benefit of being able to control where and when the chickens fertilize as we move them through our pasture daily. Valkyrie Homestead chickens are fed a well-rounded diet of pasture grasses, lots of fresh bugs, and a non-GMO organic feed.
